Nuria Sala Cano is the CPO (Chief Project Manager) at ConnectHealth and President of the UNID Foundation, as well a co-founder and co-developer of 5 CH's patents.
Nuria holds a Nursing Diploma, she also holds a diploma in public health from Carlos III Institute and a Master in Gerontology and Geriatrics, Master in Business Management and Administration (MBA) specializing in health.
Nuria has been a speaker at various international conferences such as Barcelona ISBT, Bilbao SETS, Malaga and Seville SETS, Madrid IFBDO and Averiro IYC. She has authored several scientific publications in high impact journals such as Blood Transfusion 2014, 2015 and 2016. Beside this, she is the author of a chapter of the book "Nursing Leadership" on leadership management. Nuria worked as a field nurse in urgent care and emergencies, as well as managing a blood donor service for 11 years. She has extensive knowledge of health systems and their management, as well as systems for donating blood and blood products.

Fernando Latorre López is the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of ConnectHealth. Fernando is a computer specialist with expertise in computer systems administration, programming, databases, OpenID, Open Banking and security profiles, cryptography, decentralized identity, verifiable credentials, Hyperledger Fabric, international health standards (FHIR, SNOMED, OMOP, etc.).
Fernando has been a speaker at various international conferences such as HIMSS Europe 2018 & Health 2.0 Conference, SETS 2019 and co-author of scientific publications in Blood Transfusion magazine. He is also co-inventor of 5 patents in the field of health and the value chain. Fernando led the Hospital.app project, which was awarded the Pfizer Foundation prize as the winner of their eDea Salud 2021 challenge, this prize gave ConnectHealth directors (Nuria and Marisa) the opportunity to participate in the Boston Health Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Immersion Program of the Richi Foundation.
Fernando has also led the blockchain development at the foundation of CH solutions for the traceability of biological products, recognized by IBM as a success story at its IBM Think Summit in 2020.
